When we cannot secure full value through pre-lit negotiation, we do not settle for less. We associate top-tier trial counsel to file suit and take the case to verdict. We are looking for elite, national trial firms to join our roster of trusted litigation partners.
How the Partnership Works
The Hand-Off: We maintain the client relationship and manage the settlement strategy. You step in as lead litigation counsel to handle filing, discovery, and trial.
The Fee Structure: We operate under a standard co-counsel fee-sharing arrangement compliant with Texas Disciplinary Rule 1.04(f). The client pays no additional fee; we share the contingency based on joint responsibility.
The Case Quality: We are not a volume mill. Every case is vetted by an attorney before it reaches your desk. You receive cases with clear liability and documented damages, not speculation.

- Proven Track Record: You must have a documented history of substantial verdicts.
- Board Certification: Strong preference is given to attorneys Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law (or similar).
