How the Partnership Works
- The Hand-Off: We maintain the client relationship and manage the settlement strategy. You step in as lead litigation counsel to handle filing, discovery, and trial.
- The Fee Structure: We operate under a standard co-counsel fee-sharing arrangement compliant with Texas Disciplinary Rule 1.04(f). The client pays no additional fee; we share the contingency based on joint responsibility.
- The Case Quality: We are not a volume mill. Every case is vetted by an attorney before it reaches your desk. You receive cases with clear liability and documented damages, not speculation.
